CGSI joins Colorado Association of Private Schools
As another way to establish itself as a premiere educational institution, Colorado Global School Incorporated (CGSI) continually works to expand its reach—this time by joining the Colorado Association of Private Schools (CAPS)! Mr. Thomas J. Cathey from CAPS, who is also the Chief of Staff at the Association of Christian Schools International, shared the good news in an email dated on July 22.
“Welcome to the Colorado Association of Private Schools (CAPS). We are glad you joined,” Mr.Cathey said. “Now that things are settling down from [COVID-19], we hope to plan a [live member meeting],” he added.
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, the Colorado Association of Private Schools is a statewide organization that “seeks to be the voice of K–12 private education in Colorado. Its primary mission is to preserve the independence of Colorado’s private schools and to uphold parental choice in education.
”They are also an affiliate of the Council for American Private Education. According to their official website, “CAPS membership is open to all private K–12 schools in the State of Colorado and any private school association that operates schools in the State of Colorado.”
Recently, last July 21, CGSI also confirmed its membership to the National Association of Independent Schools. This coming school year, CGSI will offer K-12 education. Make sure to check out CGSI’s official website and social media accounts for more details.
